My wife got breast enhancement done after our second kid was born and we knew we weren't having anymore.

She feels better about herself, I think she looks better, she has a higher confidence in everything she does. There is no downside in it at all.

They are real, because I can touch them. I would never call a person shallow because they have done something to make themselves feel better.

That being said I want a woman who looks natural maybe a little bit better than natural if that makes sense. I'm in decent shape and don't look like a 300 pound monster. I applaud the women that bust their ass in the gym so that the look more desirable to me. I think more women should do that too! But if it causes the fun bags to disappear, you owe it to yourself and all your hard work to consult professional help.

Most plastic surgeons now have affordable payment plans and there are other financing options out there. So you CAN get the boobs you always dreamed of.

There is always a middle ground.

There are tons of women who have had augmentation done and you would never even know it because it is a natural size for their body type. The key to a good boobjob is for someone who doesn't know you to not know it ever happened. Also, the feel of fake breasts all depends on how much body fat there was in the breast before surgery, it also depends on if the implant is over or under the muscle.

For a lot of people that are a little "obsessed" with keeping their male body looking perfect...how can you blame a woman for wanting her breasts to look like they did when she was 18? No amount of exercise can do that.
