creatine creacore
so how do i load it?
i heard taking high doses for the 1st weeks will increase my muscle creatine stores, and then i can maintain those stores on 5-6 g later, should i follow that way or should i follow the simple way of 5-6 g for starting and keep taking it like that for 30 days?

Product advertises no loading, so i would assume just start taking the crap?
Anyways, why take this over regular creatine monohydrate. I haven't heard any solid info that anything can beating cm. And about loading in general it only speeds up the process but overall isn't necessary in the long run, as well as cycling off isn't required if dose is right.

why spend money on designer creatine when you can spend the same money on a few extra vials

if you're talking about roids then i actually decided never to use them since i don't want to look like arnold or sylvester in their late 60s , they have lost their entire chest muscle which is not aesthetic, if i stay natty i will get to keep my chest even when i am old,

First 7-10 days do 20g/day split 4 times
Rest 5g
After 8weeks take 2weeks off.
