Diet and training, both undeniably important but there is no question steroids and gear are what make the bodybuilder. No one in this video exist as they are/were without it, not even close. That's the truth.

Agree, but the same could be said about food and training. Because steroids alone will not put you on stage. All 3 go hand in hand and should be treated as one.

In a general sense I agree. In a competitive bodybuilding sense I disagree. Even with a perfect diet and training plan none of those guys would look anything like they do without butt loads of gear. However, many of them would still look pretty good with butt loads of gear without a perfect diet and training plan. I only say that because I've known a lot of bodybuilders over the year who their diets and training are nowhere near as stringent as many every day people on this message board.

Oh... I don't disagree. Diet and training will not get you there. Ever. Perfect diet is quite a loose statement to me. But yeah, I agree that you can eat like shit and grow, so long as you're eating a shit ton. But a 200 lbs man eating 2000 calories and hits the gym twice a week, even God couldn't make him grow.

Genetics to dude! I could cycle every compound under the sun, have an excellent diet and routine and never be at that level. So many people write off pro body builders by simply saying "there taking steroids". Such an ignorant statement with no legitimacy! Absolutely, genetics outweighs everything else. I'm not simply referring to genetics in terms of how muscular you are naturally but genetics in terms of your genetic response to gear. That is everything.
