mad cow disease
man, this mad cow disease is all over the papers in my state today. right now, i am bulking and i used to eat heavy on steaks and lean beef. now i've gotta let this whole thing pass over to make sure it's okay to start eating beef again. it has really messed up my bulking plans. any suggestions for replacing beef in the diet?

There are better options than just beef bro.i regulate beef to only a few times a week,it is high in cholesterol and sometimes fat.stick to chicken, turkey, tuna, salmon, cottage cheese, protein shakes, and bars for the majority of your protein intake.so you do have some options.
