SACRAMENTO (Reuters) - California Governor Jerry Brown said on Friday he would sign a bill authorizing the state to provide driver's licenses to illegal immigrants, a last-minute reversal of his position.

Hey why not. The illegals have to get to work some how. Just crazy.

When I lived there they just waited out in front of Home Depot and waited for a ride. Glad I moved to the midwest, might be a little behind times but less liberal is easier to deal with.

Seriously though, what's the states coming to when you don't even have to be a citizen to get a license or healthcare. It would be funny when they go to get their license picture taken, they take them to a photo booth which is actually a bus heading south.

It just blows my mind that some one wants to give a person here illegally a drivers license. Where is the common sense. Hey come on down to the DMV and get your I.D. That way you can vote to. Ahhhhhhhhhhh and why not throw in some health care

hey don't bash my socialist state! we just want to be like Europe, that's all and BTW, did you know they just passed laws to allow students to be disrespectful to their teachers and not get in trouble, and did you know they passed a law to allow students in a state funded Preparatory Schools to wear whatever clothing they like, and did you know they are allowing students to bring their smartphones to school so they can continue their social communications, did you know they are adding unisex restrooms in all schools, and just in case a boy feels like a girl one day he can go into the girls restroom and vice versa? yup California have completely lost it! I can't wait to move to Texas!

No I actually didn't know that bass, as if Cali isn't already pushing its limits...damn man, I live in in an ole rural town ...bunch of church people around here and everyone knows everyone...(including each others business)... yeah I know. Point being, Id feel like a stray cat (or dog whichever you prefer) wondering around out in California...
