that's the problem, we have nothing to go by, the only thing I seen a Jay's workout youtube video about three weeks ago and he looked solid. he's the comeback kid, you never know.

kai is packed with solid muscle but something is not right with his body, perhaps lacks proportions.

Big Ramy won't place inside top 5. It's his first Olympia, and he's too disproportionate.

Heath, Jay and Kai are the top 3. I'm a big fan if Jay and Kai, so I'm not fussed on 1st/2nd. I hate phils physique, when he does he most muscular, his shoulders look like swollen basketballs, and his chest disappears.

They just need to get more bodybuilders like Arnold who are charismatic and can cross over in to mainstream media. They might already have it, they just need to get the right promoters in on it.

I think Phil Heath is a great face for bodybuilding. One of the nicest guys out there for what he's accomplished. But I think they're trying to expand to more of the mainstream by bringing in the Physique categories and bikini etc.

Kai, Phil, rhoden, ramy, jay. Ramy will probably win next year. Needs to work on calves and more separation. Kai has a ton more size than Phil and as long as he shows up conditioned, he should get the W. he stayed a lot leaner this year, so I'm betting he will.

Ramy, really? I admire his size, I hate his proportions. He needs to add so much size to his calves, and his quads are so big they take away from his upper body width. His legs are almost as wide as his shoulders.

No body ever places well there first Olympia, most don't even get in top 10.

Kai is the best first-time placement so far with a 4th place.

Kai's history aside, on physique, I think he should win this year. Of course, the judges take so much into account, plus the politics involved.
