    America in 30 years

A lot of political topics lately. What do you think the state of the U.S. will be in 30 years. Politics, military, foreign relations, and BIG BROTHER.

Can't even imagine what the interest will be. The old money we haven't paid back yet now has a higher interest rate. We're screwed it's all smoke and mirrors were they have no intention of paying anything back.

The American skies will look much different in thirty years

Look! Up in the sky! Is it a bird? Is it a plane? It’s … a drone, and it’s watching you. That’s what privacy advocates fear from a bill Congress passed this week to make it easier for the government to fly unmanned spy planes in U.S. airspace.

The FAA Reauthorization Act, which President Obama is expected to sign, also orders the Federal Aviation Administration to develop regulations for the testing and licensing of commercial drones by 2015.

In thirty years the world will be much cooler. "cough bullsh!t."

(CNSNews.com) – The Obama administration has requested $770 million in federal funds to combat the effects of global warming in developing countries, a new congressional report details, continuing its policy of using foreign aid to combat the effects of global warming in the developing world.

The figure, from a recent report from the Congressional Research Service (CRS), shows that despite another year of $1 trillion deficits, the Obama administration continues to pursue its policy of using foreign aid funds for anti-global warming measures – known as the Global Climate Change Initiative (GCCI).

No need to worry about drones in 30 yrs.. We'll be owned by the Chinese so we'll have no rights anyway.

I think in thirty years we may still have the illusion of rights. Much like today. We think we can say what we want or watch, eat, own, or do in the privacy of our own homes. But the reality is those rights are slowly being taken away by people who know better than ourselves.

The UK only paid back the debt to the US that we incurred post WW2 a few years back. Even with inflation rates measured against todays standards, there is no way your debt to China will be paid back in 30 years. 100 years maybe..

I also wouldn't be too worried about China or India like everyone else is.

Yeah sure, they are going through their own Industrial Revolution, but a little too late imo. By the time they are fully at the level the West enjoys, all the fossil fuels will be gone. What will they do then?

The people of earth will have no choice but to be self sustainable if it wants to support an ever growing, unsustainable population.

Man it just doesnt work like that. Of course America will pay its debt off. This isn't the wild west anymore. There's that little thing called a Free Market. You cant honestly think China pays America so everyone looks the other way? They know America will pay the debt off PLUS the billions upon billions of free interest they will get as well.

Yeah but the way America is "paying" right now is no different than paying one credit card bill with a different card.

On second thought maybe I should try this with my mortgage company!

You may be right. I'm really not sure how the us intends to pay back their debt. Controlling interest in government corporations? Sell parts of America to china. But you can't seriously think we're gonna use cold hard cash.

I know I mostly address the problems we face but its also good to look at what I have and what there is to be grateful for. I have a job a house a family. I have people I care about. I have enough money to run a cycle lol. I live in the greatest country. I can go to the hospital if I need to. I can pray wherever I want. I can love who ever I want.

I do not want these things to be taken away or forced upon me.

Great enough to still kick the sh:t out of who ever thinks different. That's what makes America great. The people that live here know what it was and what it can be. I will take my hospital any day of the week.
