Okay I've been a fan of these guys for quite a while, just because they're so funny and genuine.
Not sure if I agree with this video
Eating Often Does Not Equal More Muscle Gains... - YouTube
they are essentially saying you could eat all your calories for the day in the morning and even if you work out late at night you're okay to not eat after. WTF

I can't watch those guys, too annoying. But I will reply to the video title...
"Eating often does not equal muscle gain".
It's true. You don't have to eat often.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

They can do whatever the hell they want to do but someone that really knows how to grow will not eat one meal a day. That's just stupidity and I refuse to listen to that bullshit.

If they're saying to eat one meal a day, yes, that is stupid. You'll be out of energy all day.

You get the calories, yes. It's just a counterproductive way to eat.

I couldn't imagine eating 8000 calories in a full day. Most people who claim they do so, are either miscalculating or simply not being honest.

well....I don't know about you but can you eat 3000-4000 calories at one setting? Im not talking about milkshakes and cheeseburgers. Im talking about a 250 cal chicken breast and a 150 cal 3/4 cup of rice. Ill let you do the math. Or how about a 17 cal egg white to name a few off the top of my head. My opinion is what works for you then keep doing it.
And why do they have to act so damn stupid? It really annoys the hell out of me.

Not entirely true. When I first cycled I used b-12, eq and a bunch of test. My appetite was out of control. I would eat 30 mins after eating a huge meal. It cause over active bowel syndrome. My doctor said my body could not process it so it just pushed it out. E#very time I ate I would go in the bathroom and it would shoot out.
Wasnt fun when the female doctor with unnaturally big hands stuck her finger in my sore butt. The orderly was a black guy pushing me down the hall in a wheel chair afterwards. I looked up at him and asked " Can we stop at the bathroom so I can whip the vaseline out of my ass crack ?" He laughed and said "Sure fella". Was a sad day.Last edited by BG; 09-27-2013 at 03:26 PM. Frequent supply of nutrients to maintain and build new muscle tissue. No one who is carrying a fair amount of size implements this way of eating. Old school all the way imho these stupid fuking new school nutrition gurus sprouting study after study but in the real world of building muscle there's one solid way. You can't reinvent the wheel
