    Company bribes

DO you think supplement companies attempt to bribe/pay off the judges to vote for their sponsored athletes?

Billions? I don't think so. If you combine all the related, maybe.

Supp industry is not the bodybuilding industry. I guess I misunderstood.

Of course they do. Why would they be any different than any other corporation that drops a lot of cash behind the scenes to keep their name in the spotlight?

I don't see how any sport can be legitimate when its decided by judges, especially one as subjective as bbing.

Any complex machine needs to be well oiled to function and when you say business you can be sure that there are attempts to influence judgements be it directly or indirectly in one direction or another...

its common everywhere in the world...some do it overtly, others under the table...its human nature

I'm sure there is some bribing that is going on. But you also got to figure that it'd be easy for the supplement companies to just give endorsement deals to the athletes that win AND can generate a following.

I read an article that said itd be pretty hard. They throw out the highest and lowest scores and average the rest. so unless a company could pay off half or one more than half of the judges..... It wouldn't do much
