    Romania and Moldova are two different countries. There is however a sub-part of Romania called Moldova.
    Neither have a sky-scraper landscape like that. I'd say its San Fran.

    i go there all the time. note bank of america building on the left and bay bridge on the right. politically very close to moldova...
