Post your workout music playlists
Im crossin over to the headphone gang now that I have updated my cell phone. It seems to help me train harder. So if you don't mind, post your workout music so I can put a playlist together for myself. I have a few already but Id like to see what everyone had. Thanks.

I don't listen to music at the gym. I'm one of those people that would just get distracted too much by the music that I wouldn't be able to give 100% on my sets.

Pretty much what I listen to away from the gym, I'll listen to in the gym. I like a bit of everything but when I want something a bit more aggressive, it's Soundgarden, Ozzy, Tool, Alice in Chains, Disturbed, Nirvana.. 3 Days Grace, STP, etc. I love long guitar riffs and a heavy bass.
I also love David Guetta, Sander Van Doorn, Fedde Le Grand, some Rihanna, Wu Tang Clan... I have more than 4000 songs on my iPod, always adding more music.

yeah that sums it up for me. My gym is a 24 hour locally owned gym. Lots of old folks and women go. Radio station is usually "pop" or some hipster shit out on the radio. I cant focus on it. its loud. I said no more.
Sure if you guys don't have a gym that plays loud girly music no music is fine. But I prefer Rob Bailey screaming in my hear to "hold strong"...hehe so I can pound out a few reps. its all mental. I look bigger with earbuds in too btw.
