No care for health... yeah. Sorry wrestler, that's a loaded question and not what we're about here.

1.Too many variables to guess accurately I think. Is he a beginner or advanced? Fat? Skinny? age? general health? genetics?
2.Not sure but if you look up bodybuilder mamdouh "big ramy" elsbiayh he's coming in around 300 lbs contest weight and there is footage of him only 3 years ago much lighter and at a higher bf%.

I don't know the guy personally. Could have been older footage. He did come out of nowhere though and he's a massive guy. Impressive stuff.

Yeah "the wrath" as they call him has some special looking veins goin on there. Almost too much for me, messes the symmetry up. but badass to say the least.

McGrath has most ridiculous vascularity I have ever seen. Awesome. I wonder if he always was crazy vascular or it happened like that once we got a certain size

Yes he is! The wrath is most known for his vascularity. Pretty impressive what he's done considering he was inches from death years ago in a car accident and doctors never expected him to recover fully. I have a great deal of respect for him. Some think the vascularity is over the top. I think it looks amazing. One of my favorites in the body building industry.

From the vids I've seen of him he's a pretty down to earth guy. very cool. Has the freakiest vascularity I've ever seen anywhere.
