what does a 25-30 lbs gain look like???
hi fellow sf members. its been a while I have been busy working extra hours etc. my question is that how does a lets say 20-30 pound gain on a first cycle look like for a skinny person who has not reached his genetic limit potential and did not break past the 150lbs mark. I have always wondered if I started juicing when I was skinny how that 30lbs from a first cycle would look on me.

Looks like a lot of water and fat. No one gains 30 lbs of muscle from a cycle, if that's what you meant.

I dread to think all the issues a 120 lbs kid will have using test in the 1st place let alone gaining 30 lbs or whatever he thinks is muscle because it wont be. Being he is 120 lbs the negative sides wont be worth any gains. If you dont know what those probably will be then you need to do a lot more reading.

I find the initial question very intriguing, always wondered this myself but finding studies on the subject is, for obvious reasons, hard to come by!

Huge gains in fat and water, a few lbs. of lean tissue, and then loose it as soon as they end the cycle because they haven't learned how to eat/train properly to gain/maintain said lean tissue.
This same 'hypothetical' person would also likely fail to run a (proper) PCT and wind up with many issues for years to come. Very sad stuff.
