Got a question... actually several...
1. How often do you work out per week?
2. How long is each session?
3. What do your sessions consist of?
Here is my routine...
Mon Wed Fri - chest and arms 1 hour followed by 30 minutes on the treadmill
Tues Thur - Legs 30 minutes followed by 30 minutes on the treadmill

Mon - shoulders
Tues- calves and abs
Wed - back and tris
Thur- light cardio
Fri- chest and bicep
Sat- legs
Sun light cardio
My workouts are 1 to 1 1/2 hours except for cardio that is 45 minutesLast edited by diesel101; 12-22-2013 at 06:20 AM.
