Arnold's younger days, wanted to share this clip...really inspires me.
When he hits the front double I swear.......jaw dropping. Such an inspiration to me. Some people have said that Arnold never really had 22" arms and all that....yeah well im the same height as this man and I can tell you I am lightyears away from his front double and I have measure my arms and damn near 19" in the gym before and I cant even compare myself to him.
The size, the definition, and he was YOUNG too! Still in Europe. Anyway, just wanted to share this clip, id never seen this one before until today. Arnold is one of my fav's if not my favorite bodybuilder of all time, I feel like he made bodybuilding take off. He was a pioneer, he didn't start it...but he damn sure set the wheels In motion.

When I was in middle school I saw a picture of Arnold in the genus book of world records. I was amazed and greatly impacted by that photo to say the least. I think I've watched the Conan movies 100 times.

I haven't seen that video. Thanks for posting. I've personally measured a 20 3/4 inch arm before and it was not as big as that so I can believe Arnies were 22". His teardrop shaped bicep peak has always been what I want to have.

Lets get.something straight... It was nearly 21. Lol jk. Fing big, right?
Something tells me that its harder to add more size as an arm gets bigger. At some point, no matter what you do it won't grow more. That's why nobody has 26" muscular arms.
You'll hit 20 this year chad. So will haz. I hope to hit 18.5 by year end but you two are way ahead of me and much younger. I have no doubt about 20 for you.

If I was guessing, and I am, I'd say 66 or 67. By 68 he was permanently in america.

Clarky he was 20 years old in the last pic...the same one I think the first vid I posted. Look at that, honestly he is bigger here than his 1980 Olympia win. He was not in shape in 1980 when he won I don't think, but he still won. so lol it doesn't matter what it think he is the greatest.
