I just cut coffee from my nutrition. I can't/won't drink black. I'm a cream and sugar coffee person but not ideal while cutting bf.

.....but now Gixx has me wondering what bulletproof is. I'll have to look into it just out of curiosity.

I only drink it to empty my colon in the morning but I do enjoy it.

Stevia plus sugar free french vanilla food lion brand (best tasting). Got to 9% drinking that.

The creamer only has 30cals per tbsp, which is enuff for 34oz cup (of which i drink 2 per day)

I drink 8oclock whole bean with grinder. I am a coffee snob. 😉

Ditto. Three for me but they're large, so it probably equals out. I'm thrilled I was able to completely cut out sugar about 6-8 months ago and can now handle it with just cream. The thought of sugar in it now doesn't even sound good.

    Interesting stuff in this article.

No he showed me some studies and gave me a leaflet regarding caffeine. The caffeine in coffee increases the need to urinate, irritates the bladder, and worsens symptoms of prostate enlargement. Yet coffee---even decaffeinated coffee---also affects insulin and glucose metabolism, as well as sex hormone levels, all of which are involved with prostate cancer.

I was addicted to coffee/caffine for YEARS in one form or another. If it wasn't coffee, it was ECA.. most recently (before I quit), I was drinking preworkout drinks in the morning to mix with my PCT.. lol.

I do enjoy my morning coffee and usually just have a cup. Sometimes in the winter months, I'll have two.

It may be bad for you, but I have at least a dozen other worse vices I need to work on before I get serious about cutting out my morning coffee.

Yeah I love my coffee. Sugar free syrups and a dash of almond milk and you can still cut up nicely.

Read some links last night (not sleeping well lately so I was reading). The bulletproof sounds interesting, and its getting quite a bit of attention. Will continue to see what I can find on it.

Might have to look for that creamer. Been 11 days without coffee and I'm missing it daily.

Correct. More and more attention to caffeine and the prostrate lately. My father was diagnosed with BPH 4 years ago and was being treated with flomax. 2 months ago he dropped coffee from his morning routine, started Cialis (10mg) and stopped his flomax January 1, 2014. PSA on Friday was 1.6.

I typically dont drink much coffee. If/when I do I have to drink at least 3 cups preferably black. If I drink only one I'm ready for a nap soon after. Same with espresso. I will usually get a triple or quad shot or it does nothing for me.

even more odd, I drink tea with sugar and coffee without. there is something else in coffee that effects the heart rhythm not just caffeine.
