prepping for a photo shoot
I have s gym style photo shoot in 12 days. Any advise on what I can do to look my best? Spray tan? Hydration? Diet? Diuretic?

stay off carbs starting now then eat lots of simple sugars prior to photo shoot

Light spray tan yes. Some color is good but stage tan is too much. Cut carbs. For me I've found I look my best if I carb load 24 hours before the shoot.
I've never messed around with a diuretic but I have dried out. The carbs I eat are dry carbs AKA sweet potatoes, brown rice stuff with little water content (Not oatmeal) and stop drinking any water 24 hours out. Day of the shoot I'll sip coffee. I've been happy with the results.

Not panicking at all. Its not a huge deal and im in the best shape of my life. Just wanted to do what I could do to look better if its at my disposal.

The difference to my look was night and day in that last 24 hours.
I've done this almost to a T, except I think my rice cake consumption was 2x what they recommend, and I was putting sugarfree strawberry jam on them.

From what I've read, Only do this if you are lean enough.
BF pinch test your bicep and your waist line, If your waist is as lean as your bicep you're GTG.
