Who on earth deserves this ? California sucks. Nothing less than the death penalty would satisfy me for these officers. And they should die the exact same way they murdered this homeless sick man. This level of force is just rarely ever, EVER needed. The man had no weapons and was not a threat, at all. Not even remotely close. I don't care how "cautious" cops feel they need to be. This should have stopped at the tazing. I don't even think that was needed.

Poor judgement and they will get what's coming to them. I hope someone out there will find justice for this poor man. What a shame. I'm not sure but I know where you are going with it. I did see some video last night that looked like it was pretty early on and they guy was more than just a bit out of hand. I saw where 2 cops could not keep him under control by any means.

It's probably another one of those cases where we as in the public have only been feed and see what they, the media wants us to see.

I'm just curious of the FACTS considering that is was a JURY trial and the JURY found them not guilty so quickly. I'm not taking side and based on the article it sounds like a complete travesty.

Look im not saying the guy wasnt out of hand but when he was subdued begging for his life screaming for his father saying dad they are killing me..they actually were. He face was literally smashed in in multiple places to the point that he suffocated from the injury.

Also no offense but we all know how "the system" can be. Who knows what was permitted as testimony etc.... There is no excuse for this in this day and age IMO. It makes me sick.

I agree, I didnt see the who thing or the end recently. I remember it from last year and your right, it went way to far. I was only commenting on what I saw recently not remembering the original.

Yeah it's to bad justice wasnt served and this is allowed to happen. It could happen to any one of us, family or friends.
