Good job MI and Oki for taking one for the team. You kind of know what the response is gonna be when you tell them to stop and read; but that's exactly what they need to hear. At least nobody had to eat sh!t this time.

"Jesus fellas, I'm on here for advice on a cycle if you can help with it then great if not then go be a keyboard warrior elsewhere"

Exactly. What's with all the frail egos in some of these characters!?! "Just tell me what I want to know or go away".

If you can't handle the criticism, get TFO!!!!

they get advice from guys with decades of combined experience, hundreds of cycles and results that speak for themselves; yet they refuse to listen.

If you tell them their first cycle is fvcked up and they are going to hurt themselves with a megadose of 4 compounds and 12 weeks of orals with no A.I. or PCT, they want to know why and get pissed when you direct them to the explanation.

God forbid you tell them to work on their nutrition because they all eat perfectly but have no idea TDEE is or why we eat 6-8 meals a day.

You would think that telling them to read the fist cycle sticky or the importance of an A.I. was the same as telling them to fvck off. I just don't understand.

Maybe Igy can enlighten us - he's the only one that doesn't have to go eat sh!t.

My "favorites" are the ones that start with "after month of research" and then propose the most insane cycles and/or have no idea about the importance of nutrition or an understanding of TDEE (as you pointed out).

I'm only responding to a few now. Tired of repeating myself and arguing with immature fools. We've had some epic retards lately.

I don't blame you, and yes we have - retards with attitude.

You know, I've been at this stuff for a while. Long enough to have gotten stuck and burned out a dozen times. After finding this place, I'm grateful for every piece of advice I can get. I learn something every day and its gotten me to a point beyond what I thought possible. They can talk to me however they want (I have step-kids); but it is just frustrating to see people that have helped me so much go out of their way for others and get disrespected by little punks that ain't about sh!t.

Agreed. I think most of us continue to learn and I'd be the first to admit I have much more to learn. It's disappointing that some young/new guys bring a chip on their shoulder and won't humble themselves long enough to listen and learn. I'm sure our vets are accustomed to it and no longer worry about it and simply focus on those who genuinely have a desire to learn and succeed in this area.
