Crashed - Shutdown
Hello everyone,
So I'm back and will have updated picture at the end of Jan of my progress/journey.
I have crashed bigtime!
So comes last Monday saw me starting the ECA again and diet makeover. Trained insanely everyday, as always. Come Thursday morning, I almost dropped 240Ibs on my neck with bench! If it wasn't for my partner, I would've had some serious swallowing problems.
My body caved in. No Energy, no orientation. I couldn't even stand straight up. It is now Friday nigth nad I am still recovering. I need some serious help.
My partnes said I was consuming way too little carbs per day, less than 100g. I'm 238Ibs now, bf? but coming down fast. Protein is at +_350g/day.
Did I give my body too much of a shock with the ECA AND diet makeover at once? Training is Monday to Friday, in the mornings at about 1hour15min. (with training partner). He is much stronger and much younger than me. I push myself to try and compete with him always.
I need ideas to avoid future reocurance. Bottom line: I train insanely hard. I eat very lean. I have now lost 42 Ibs since 28 November 2013.
Please help.

What are your macros and total calories? What is your TDEE?
I'd head over to the diet section, you'll get more responses there.
I'm guessing you are in too much of a caloric deficit. How many grams of fat a day? If you drop carbs, you need to increase fats. Proteins alone are a poor source of energy.

I know this is several days old, but... Maybe need to add sodium and check you are not dehydrated ... too low on carbs and you'll be excreting sodium
