fine now. sometimes they "give out" when im walking. i also did 3 giant sets extensions, curls, calves (seated) plus 45mins cardio after.. on the right day i could prob get more.. my back is still a little sore ..

Im weak on squats but I'd try it with a bench press. I probably couldn't even get 30

work on them man. try box squats if u havent already. they helped me get deep enuff and really strengthened my squat and my hip muscles that come into play. i didnt realize how far short i was stopping until i implemented the box squat.
i had to drop from 400lbs to 275 lbs for awhile but when i got back up i can now do 500lbs.
squats are a huge part of any weight training program IMO as long as ur healthy enuff to do them.
