They ended up getting rescued. But after all that they found out they hate the real world and got themselves shipwrecked again on the island.

Ginger was the only one of the original cast who was not in the show because she was to vain and didn't want people to see the change. They found an actress who looked similar to her.

(In case you're wondering where they got the champagne, Mr. Howell opened a case to celebrate after they escaped from the headhunters the day before.) So anyway, they’re in their hut, toweling each other off, sipping champagne... one thing leads to another... Next thing you know it turns into a late night 1990s Cinemax movie starring Shannon Tweed.
