*newbies* You Think You're Bodybuilder's? These Are Iron Warrior Lifestyle's
6:00- wake up and drink glass of water and take thermogenic coctail
6:15-7:00- Medium paced cardio.
7:10- Full Glass of Water
8:00- Eat 1st Meal
10:00-11:00- Train 2 bodyparts
11:00- Whey Protein Drink with Dextrose/Maltodextrin and Creatine
12:00- Chicken Breasts with half cup of white rice
2:00- Go Into work as pharmacy technician and start planning next day's meals
3:00- Chicken Breasts with California mix veggie's
6:00- Get off of work and get home around five minutes later
6:10- Chicken Breasts Over Spinach leaf salad and 2 tbsp olive oil
7:30- Medium Cardio for 30 minutes and abs/oblique's
8:00- Shower and Post on AnabolicReview
9:00- Protein Mix Drink and 1 tbsp flax and Bed....

5:45am - (If needle day) Do my shots of (test/eq/fina)
6am - Eat first meal (10 egg whites/4 yolks, 1 1/2 cup oats, 1 cup OJ)
6:20am - Chase daughter around house trying to get her dressed for daycare
6:45am - Wake up the misses and leave for work
7am - Arrive at work and get 1st cup of coffee, begin working
8am - Log onto AR and update diary
9am - Eat (2 chicken breast/1 cup rice/ 3/4 cup green beans)
9:15am - Back to work
10am - Plan workout for that evening/ snack (dried nuts or 1/2 can tuna)
11am - Call and check on kids
12pm - turkey breast on salad greens/ natty PB sandwhich / 1/2 can tuna
1pm - Play on AR for awhile, work on diet
2pm- Snack ( tuna or chicken breast)
3pm - Eat (2 chicken breast/1 cup rice/ 3/4 cup green beans
3:30pm - Get off work
3:45pm - Arrive home, get gym gear and drink protein shake
3:55pm - Stop off and see kids for a few minutes
4:20pm - Arrive at gym, lift, fight desire to puke
5:45pm -Drink PWO shake, leave gym, pick up kids, go home
6pm - Get home, cook kids supper, shower, playtime
6:45pm - Eat PWO meal, watch cartoons with daughter
8pm - Eat second PWO meal, get food ready for tomorrow
9pm - put kids to sleep, work on upcoming cycle, and review workouts
10pm - Eat, figure macros for the day
11:30pm - Eat tuna or egg whites, go to bed
2:30am - Protein shake
Repeat all steps.

Well here goes my sched!!
4:55 - Wake up and drink water with Multi and Thermo!
5:20 Train
6:30 Go home, get ready for work, prepare meals for the day, prepare BIG PWO shake!
7:15 - 8:30 Cuss and scream at Atlanta's traffic, raise blood preesure levels, fal asleep at the wheel.
9:30 Eat 1 orange, 1 whole wheat bagel with 1tbsp pb
11:30 Eat lunch (varies from chicken breasts to Lean ground turkey, 1 fruit)
2:30 Eat 1 orange, other half of lunch
4:00-5:30 Same as 7:15-8:30
6:00 Eat dinner with the family (varies same as above with usually steamed veggies and sweet potato)
6:30 Consume BIG shake
7:00-9:00 Play with daughter, Fart incessantly!
9:00 If energy permits I hit the heavy bag for 20mins, If not its lights out!
Of course All day during work I am a lizard on AR!

Yeah I do eat alot of chicken, but keeping my diet simple and damn near the same keeps it easy to maintain. When I start switching it too often it becomes hard to stick with it. I get in at least 3-4 meals with red meat and 2-3 meals with fish a week along with all that chicken. Besides, I buy the big 5lb bags of skinless, boneless chicken breast and cook them all up SUnday night so all I have to do during the week is pop 'em in the microwave. I think I'm growing feathers.

6:30am gawd dayum my girls got morning breath "roll over on the other side of the bed"
7:30am aww time to get up scratch my ass and get in the shower
8:00am back in bed
9:00am at work
12:00pm go eat shrimp and chicken
4:20pm smoke a fatty and drink a protein shake
5:00pm drive back home poping a muscle relaxer for my back pains
8:00pm WWE is on pop open a 6 pack of some ultra lite beer (only 2.5 grams of carbs)
9:00pm still watching the tube.. oh yeah i got the munchies prolly now... so PORK GRINDS
10:00pm gone to the store need more beers
11pm starting to get sleepy cause im so full
12am passed out

7:30am Meal 6-7 eggs w/one yolk and chicken breast
8:00am Arrive at my desk and log into AR
8:05 - 9:45 Deal with these idiots here at work
9:45am Meal tuna, salmon or chicken
10:00 - 12:30 Murdering just one of these fools at work can't be that wrong can it?
12:30 Meal chicken, chicken, chicken
12:45 - 3:00 seriously thinking I can get away with murdering someone
3:15 Meal Chicken w/ green salad
3:30 - 5:00 I'm positive I can get away with murder by now! Their all lucky it's five o'clock though, idiots.
5:00 Protein drink
5:15 Back to the gym (more cardio)
6:00 Protein drink (all drinks made with water only)
6:30 Arrive home cook dinner for daughter and myself. Generally Salmon, chicken or lean beef w/salad. Watch Jeopardy while eating.
7:00pm Get meals ready for next day, pack up clothes. Watch a little TV w/ daughter and log into AR from home.
8:30 Protein drink
9:00 or 9:30pm Lights out baby!
I do the AR thing till bedtime. Mostly looking up old posts. I found Sir Victorian Guy's stuff! Laugh my ass off reading those over and over. Please tell me that guy still posts here.

4:45- Out the door in a rush for work

7:15-7:25- Break and meal #4
9:15- leave work
9:35- Arrive home and clean up
10:00PM- Protein shake and prepare some food for tomorrow
10:15-10:45PM- Any other homework or chores that need to be done
10:45sh- Sleep
Rinse and repeat as necessary

you just described the lifestyle/routine of my friends that like to pretend they are dedicated to bodybuilding...however when they leave the gym any motivation is left at the door with all the marijuana, booze, and junk food they consume all day long.
that is a helluva routine though, im sure you will see great gains with it if you stick with it

5:00 AM Gym -30-45 minutes cardio, abs, 20 minute sauna
7:00 AM Work -first meal cottage cheese, yogurt
7-9 AM post on AR, surf the net, deal with any issues at work
9:30 AM Meal #2 6 oz tuna and 2 cups of oats
9:30-12PM Post on AR, surf the net, call Jarrett and hear his usual fucking excuses about where my shit is at or why he isn't working out
12 Noon Meal #3 2 Chicken breasts, 1 yam or 2 cups brown rice
12-3 wrap up anything left to do at work.
3:00 Meal #4 12 oz tuna, 2 cups of oats
3:00-4:00 sitting in @#$$@#$@ traffic on the way to gym
4:00-5:30 workout, cardio (sometimes) abs
5:40 PWO shake 60g protein, 75g carbs (maltodextrin) bcaa powder, cla powder, and creatine.
5:45-6:15 shower
6:15-7:00 play with daughter, talk to wife, turn on laptop, kick back on the couch and post on AR using wireless network in house
7:00PM Meal #5 Salmon or Mahi Mahi, mixed vegatables
7:00-9:00 play with daughter, take a shit, watch Astros game
9:00PM Bedtime shake with Casein and egg protein.

11:30 3-4 pecies of low fat chicken tenders. milk.
1am bed.
And on weekends, Id go to the gym at 8-9, and start drinking at 1030, then go to clubs drinking till 2, then mabee more at after party.. Each friday and saterday. Though Im trying to cut back, but its so hard at 23..

Go to bed. Leave a couple of whole chickens at bedside. Train yourself through hypnosis to eat them while sleeping. I call it 'sleepeating'.
Wake up. Consume several packets of bacon, sausages, a dozen eggs, a litre of milk, and several scoops of protein powder.
While trying not to vomit, watch Pumping Iron or stare at pics of the Barbarian Brothers training (from back in the 80s) and say, over and over, for 2 hours straight 'I will be the biggest human ever, so help me God"
Go to the gym. Train HIT. Make sure to do 'the walk' around the gym floor a few times. Smack someone across the face for no reason. Push people out of your way. Take charge!
Post workout meal- go to the nearest fish and chip shop, McDonald's, or pizza place. Eat several fish dinners, or several supersize meals, or a few pizzas. Drink an entire tub of protein mix.
Go home. On the way stop in at supplement store. Buy the next day's supplement needs. Smack the counterboy in the face for being a scrawny prick.
Spend the next few hours at home doing rounds of injections. Make sure to rotate. Glutes, quads, chest, traps, tris, calves...even one straight into the testes if you are really hard-core!
Punch a hole in the wall. Shove your father down the stairs, clothesline your mother, and give a beating to anyone else who decides to berate you for your Iron Warrior lifestyle!
Eat tuna until you feel like vomiting. Then, putting two chickens next to your bed, go to sleep. Wear your training clothes and weight lifting belt to bed- so you are always in Iron Warrior mode.
For few are called, and few disturbed enough to heed the calling!

9am-wanting to kill everybody at my work but I decide it would be better to eat a can of tuna

5pm-Iss research protein drink
630pm-hit the weights
8pm-eating either baked chicken or steak every night
10pm-banging out the wife
1030pm-a cup of lowfat cottage cheese
11pm-time to sleep!
