Supposedly through a cotton swab sample, they can test your DNA for various strands that will determine what type of training and nutrition best suits your genetic makeup. Dnafit . c o m is the site.

Seems like a gimmick, but it peaked my interest.

I remember jay cutler saying he took a DNA test to see what foods his body responds best to. He said egg white were terrible for him but he still at like 18 of them
