I think my new house is haunted

OK this is starting to bug me. When I got my house 8 months ago and started a BIG remodel project I swear every time I was there alone it sounded like someone was walking upstairs. Still most every day/night I hear things like someone is walking around, opening a door or ???? No there is never anyone there. Alarm is set so I know no doors are opening. WTF?

Of course not... Cant prove nothin... No both had people that where there when it happened although they didnt see the physical act they were there and I was far away. One accident being dramatic about something and shooting herself by accident (didnt know sh*t about guns) 2nd shot herself on purpose due to major sleep deprivation making some mental issues a lot worse and the doctor calling saying the wrong thing at the wrong time making her snap. Either way messed up.

They have been friendly and not noisy in the other house. Only time one got a little testy is when someone came in and started taking down pictures of my daughter and her. She didnt believe in ghost (I dont really but also dont dis believe) but after 2 days of her seeing things, feeling COLD chills and hearing things she put the pictures back up and it stopped. She told me about it after. lol

1st time cops never even called me and didnt even want to talk to me, I had to push the issue to get 15 minutes to talk to them. wft??? 2nd time I never talked to the cops, we weren actually together at the time and a female friend was with her when it happened.

Their presence has been known for a long time, years but this new house is noisy... The other house had carpeted floors, this one is all hardwood, 2x+ the size and 3x the windows. It's just hard to ignore the noises when you are trying to sleep even with a fan on.

When I first moved in my house I use to hear all kinds of strange noises and my dog would growl in middle on night just staring at nothing. Few different girls who stayed the night said it was haunted without me ever even mentioning anything.

4 years later and I hear no noises any more, nor does anything strange happen.
