traveling with gear….

So what are everybody's thoughts on traveling with gear to a different country…? would it be better to put it in checked bags or carry on? or is it just a bad idea? Lets say i have some vials in my carry on and they decide to open my bad..(which does not happen often, and never has to me.. and i travel a lot) and the security sees it.. some unmarked vials .. so what.. are they gonna be like what is this, or just see its vials and like be cool because its really no big deal or nothing threatening.. i can just say, B12 or something right… I'm not worried about the country I'm going to.. just leaving the USA.. so is it better to put it in checked bags..? thoughts, thanks!

Just left the country and the TSA definitely searched my bag after checkin!


I debated bringing some vitamins without labels but was advised that the country I was traveling to was extremely strict and might give me a hard time.
I'd be cautious.
Is there any way to mail it to yourself?

Yea i could mail it. but i think when you go to mail something international then ask what is in the package and they want to look at it.. so i don't know… But lets say you have your vitamins with no labels on them and the TSA searches your bags… i mean my point is so what.. what are they gonna do? the only way of really knowing what it is.. is to test it in a lab right… they see vials but they don't know what is in them.. what is in them is what i tell them.. do you think the TSA would make a big deal about it..? does anyone have info on mailing to other countries do they make you open your package before shipping it to see whats in it?

Don't risk it. I've traveled internationally once with gear but had it with a prescription and my medical license and did not hide the fact I was transporting it. Mind you the syringes were preloaded with multiple anabolics at doses greater than therapeutically needed but the prescription and my license deflected any questions. Without the script, I would not have traveled with the gear. Possible fines or incarceration are not worth the risk to me personally.

Traveling from the states to bali for honeymoon. Would love to bring some liquid v and cia with. Is this safe to travel with or shouldn't risk it?

I'm just telling u what I did, I went to Singapore then Indonesia, back to Singapore than back to states. I took the sticker off the CIA, put the bottle in my shower kit and I know they opened my bag but I had no problems.

Yea totally.. i would bring it.. anything that is like liquid, you know its easy to transport it would not stand out.. but vials are different.. does anybody know about how to ship international..?? like i heard they ask you to open the package so they can see whats is in it.. would you put your address and name on it.. or some other name? i would not want the sender of the package in my name or address you know.. thanks!

Bad idea to travel across international borders with any gear. The wife and I just returned to US from Grand Cayman a couple of weeks ago. (Note - not a high risk destination.) I took multi-vitamins in the original bottle. Leaving GC, customs totally searched my wife's carry-on, pitching several things but letting her keep her remaining day of meds that we in Rx bottles. Then, sitting waiting for plane, I get call and she's to report to interview (interrogation) room. There, they pull her checked bag and go all through that. No ultimate problems at all. BUT, random search (I hope LOL) can happen to anyone, and even you. Worth it? Not for me. In fact, I planned around this trip so I wouldn't be on cycle, PCT, or anything of like. Best of luck.

I'm no expert, but it seems like transporting steroids to any country where it's a controlled substance would be akin to traveling to another country with any other controlled substance. I don't imagine any charge involving transporting a controlled substance across international borders is worth the risk.

^^. Yep. Know someone who got busted. Fines and jail time. Lost his job bc couldn't report to work. He forgot he had bought over the boarder. Nothing but alot of pain for this guy.

Exactly! There will always be a thread like this popping up and there will always be people who claim to have successfully traveled with gear.

What each person really has to ask himself/herself is are you willing to accept the risk and potential punishment if caught? Just because someone else did it successfully is NO guarantee you will have the same outcome.

I flew from California to Boston today. Gone for 5 days so I gave myself a bit higher TRT dose rather than traveling with syringes. I did however bring my Arimidex . When I arrived at my hotel in Boston and opened my luggage, I had the familiar TSA inspection notice on top. They rearranged everything and went through my grooming bag where my pharm grade Arimidex was. I'm sure they didn't have a clue what it was for.....but imagine if I had syringes or bottles with oil based compounds sitting in there?

Not worth the risk, no matter how remote some may think it is. I'm not throwing my career away or risking a criminal record for it.

I'm not too sure about the States, never been..but I know over in Asia, and Pacific region. They seem to be pretty strict with there searching.
I personally wouldn't carry anything unless your willing to pay the consequences if caught.
I know coming from Thailand and looking like a bodybuilder I get picked out straight away,
Now I've posted pills to myself just dumped in an envelope and they got to me fine, I've also just put plain vials inside my wash bag etc and never been seen..
But to be safe I'd always say to post to yourself in a different name.
