They are my battle scars from the gym. Plus most women like rough hands. They say they feel good.

I am proud of my my rough, rugged hands. They are a symbol of my hard work. Also, its a good idea to develop tough hands so you don't rip your hands to shreds when doing deadlifts and such!

I'm proud of my scarred and weathered hands. Like my grandfather told me once "Never trust a man with soft hands, cause it means he's never worked a day in his life." and I've taken that motto to heart.

hawk, you should keep the hands, mammoth is right....it will be more comfortable to do heavy lifts than with soft, silky hands

I also lift without gloves and my hands are all callused, and to be honest I like it like that. I think it shows how hard we work to look the way we do. (Plus it toughens up your hands so when you do manual labour, you don't get blisters after 5 minutes of handling a hammer or rake!)

Yeah, my grandfather had alot of them. I learned alot from him about being a man and have taken almost every word he spoke to heart. God rest his soul. This one was my favorite though and still today there's times my wife will be touching my hands and I'll ask if they still feel rough or not.

Doctors, lawyers, accountants, etc. work as hard as anyone...just different types of work...and they can be trusted.
