Leg Day Shenanigans
Today was leg day...yay. So here I am, doing some deadlifts minding my own business. There was a lady directly beside me, maybe three feet to the left of me. Also, there was another good looking lady behind me maybe five or seven feet from me. The point is, a lot of women close to me while I am doing deadlifts.
So I lean over to grab the bar and am getting ready to start my next set. Okay here I go, lock out my first rep, good to go then BAM SHORTS RIP DOWN MY BUTT CRACK. They thought it was hilarious but me, not so much. I knew the one to my left so it was okay, but the one behind me I have no idea.
Well, time to find a new gym.

just get a new pair of shorts, but stay in that gym. the ladies will hate to see you go.

ive had the same situation except instead of my shorts ripping it was my ass...nasty to say the least....at least i got a laugh out of it.... the chicks ran for cover....understandably...

Well the woman behind me is named Laura, she came into the gym today and was still laughing about it but ended up giving me her number. I didn't finish the workout but I did finish the set. I was embarrassed and didn't know what else to do so I just stopped for a second and told them I wasn't stopping. It was an attempt to make them think I was secure about it happening and showing confidence. In reality my face was blood red. I feel you on the farts though, every now and then I will have a little too much protein a little too quickly and I just clear out half of the gym.
