    Exclamation Upcoming 13th Anniversary of 9/11 2001

Where were you when you found out and what was your reaction?

I remember I was pulling into a gas station in Bham Alabama making a run from New Orleans to Atlanta. Gas station attendant was like..they blew them up they blew up the buildings in New York. My initial reaction was...whatever. Having "worked" in the buildings 1996ish there was a feeling inside me that it was full of traders and lawyers....no pain from the loss. I was highly desensitized to things like that during Desert Storm I guess.

Afterward after finding out about the gold missing from the vaults and the insurance settlement along with the more than trace amounts of the high temp explosives...couple that with the 12 terrorists they said flew the planes into the buildings found alive a year later.....definitely think the cover story is not the real story.

Calabasas, CA. Devastated. Was staying with my boss at the time and we were glued to our seats watching the news for 8 hours or so.

Just dropped off my daughter at early care school and on ky way to work in down town seattle. I turned around after the first aircraft hit. I had a bad feeling.

Called a budy who was staying down town for a meeting and told him to turn on the tv then get out of down town.

I was in auto-mechanics class in highschool at the time. I didnt find out about in until my next class tho.

After school I went to the hospital that my mother worked at to donate time incase they had to take in people from the attacks.

In the house watching the news then it came on the screen breaking news and what had happened. Just sat for a while and could not believe the pictures i was seeing.

New York is a place i have always wanted to go since i was a child and i will go one day when my children grow up but i am very scared of flying because of these people so going to new york will be worse.

Shiiit i was stationed over seas, had just left my gf's house across base, barely made it thru the gate to a siren and the DELTA sign going up, got to my dorm flipped on the tv and damn near crapped my self! Called the GF ASAP, and she wouldnt turn her tv on because she disnt believe me! I was so pissed, she finally did and we jut sat there on the phone silently, trued calling out to the folks house and all the phones were tied up for hours, mp's coming thru the building pounding on doors looking for other mp's to get their asses to work and arm up!

To this day i am perplexed by one main thing... Bin ladens family was put on a jet, all flights where grounded YET, BUSH had them escorted home to saudi arabia.... WHY??? What did they know? What did he know? If it were anyone else their family would have been interrogated ... Makes no sense.... IT MAKES U WONDER... When our own president sat at his book reading and staired into space upon being told what had just happened... He did not even move, just sat there, almost like he was thinking "damn they finally did it" like he know it was coming etc.... Hmmm conspiracy theories.... Or is it?

Sherman Oaks Ca. Didn't usually have the tv on at that time. Phone rings. It's a NY buddy living in LA he asks if I see what's going on on tv. I flip it on just as the second plane hits. I kept asking him wtf was going on? He didn't know as was really worried about his family as he couldn't get through to them. After a bit I headed out to work more out of a sense of it's just a bad dream. Not really happening kinda thing. I was working for THQ and they sent everybody home that day.
