    Long Term Planning..

Well, here I am. A few years down the road with quite a few cycles under my belt and I just finished a good Tren /Test cycle. I look good, feel good, and am fairly happy with myself.

How much is too much? I have a son now and am starting to weigh the long-term consequences of further steroid use . I know some people argue that you can still live a perfectly long life and do a ton of AAS but is the risk worth it? Maybe I am 65 years old and kicking myself in the ass because I am having heart surgery or liver problems.

What do you guys and girls think of long-term steroid use? 10+ cycles is what I am talking about. I have done 7 or 8, I have lost count but it is one of those two. This whole cycle I was considering making it my last. I want to cycle more but I am unsure about it.

Disclaimer: I am talking about cycles that are run as safely as possible, not reckless doses.

It all depends on your goals. If you are going to continue training then you are probably going to continue wanting to cycle and as long as you do it with caution and safely I dont see a problem with it. Try to keep it to one or two cycles a year, get blood work done regularly before and after cycle there should be no negative long term effects.

Well if you are trying to screw with me you succeeded, I had to scroll up and down about 15 times. I will always go to the gym and I do want to continue to cycle.

I think if you run mild doses of gear you will be ok. Its the high dose crazy long cycles that you should worry about.
