Tired all the time
I can barely make it through a day of work... I have to force myself to get to the gym, I dont go out and do anything any more because I just dont have the energy, ambition, or motivation. I can get hard but I have absolutely no interest in sex. I am not depressed or stressed out. I feel like this will soon lead to depression because sitting in the house tired and watching life pass me buy is not fun. I just turned 25 and feel like im 60. I tried supplementing b12, I cleaned up my diet, I drink at least 1 gallon of water a day. I dont think it is low testosterone because I have cycled before and it didnt make a bit of difference. I did see a doctor for this a couple weeks ago and he took some blood... after the nurse drew my blood I ask if he was going to check testosterone but he said he didnt have enough blood for that. My blood pressure was a little high but its only like that occasionally. I go back on the 19th to discuss my blood work with him and I will ask him to take more blood to check my test. levels. Anyone ever deal with these issues and resolve them? I feel my overall quality of life is very low as it is so bad its almost painful to try to stay awake some days and like I said im watching life pass me buy.

My father has that (he is a lot larger than I am)... but I really dont have many of the symptoms. Plus my tonsils and adenoids have been removed which I hear makes a huge difference.

Man, I was going through your post history... There is always something wrong with you. And most of these problems you have seem to be symptoms of depression. Maybe you should get a psychiatrist?

It seems more like loneliness, boredom, general uninterest in life.. Sounds more like you need to find things that make you happy first and start from scratch, one step at a time to create a stronger foundation of what makes you happy.
Once you have a better mental state you should have more energy, focus, desire in gym, & better sleep, and higher quality of life.

Thats the thing I am interested in life and am not I lonely- friends in and out of the gym, friends at work, and a good girlfriend...I actually started to play hockey again for the first time in ten years which was awesome but I just couldnt keep doing it because it wipes me out. I get asked to go do things that I would love to do but just couldnt fathom me doing it being as tired as I am so I just have to pass. And I have dragged myself out being tired and it just ended up not being fun for me. Im really hoping blood work shows something.
