Cutting Diet Overseas?
I think this appropriate lounge material, as I'm not really asking any specific diet questions with regards to macros....Just going to tell you the stuff I have access to, maybe hear from some others who have tried sticking to their diet overseas. For now I have just been eating chicken breast, brown rice, eggs, oatmeal, and an assortment of vegetables and peppers.... The main things I've had to sort of give up have been Tuna in a can, and Asparagus (it's wildly expensive here), and the Tuna is even more expensive...Supplements are a little on the high end here as well, so I've just been sticking to food...You also cant find real BBQ sauce here, I bought some the other day, and it was expensive, but it was more like Teriyaki sauce than BBQ sauce.....I have some seasonings coming in, and the commissary at the Embassy is a bit pricey with a limited selection (plenty of booze though)....
