    Anyone get sick can't eat properly or train for a week and drop 10lbs in bodyweight?

    How annoying feels like I'm back to square one, at least another week of being on point before I get the thickness and fullness back

    Yup, had it happened about 4 or 5 weeks in. More than once. Sucks when it happens but you just have to get back in the saddle and move on.

    Ouch right when you were starting to peak. I was feeling great eating at the caf at my job during work and as soon as I go in after break I start feeling something in my throat and I knew I was going to get sick. Took a ton of vitamin c pills that day and the next plus drank tons of water but it just got worse and worse. Silverware or cup must not have been washed properly and had bacteria on it. Have been eating like a 5 year old child for the past 5-6 days and of course I won't go train when my nutrition is lacking that bad. At that point I feel like it's just counterproductive plus I don't want to be that guy who goes in sick spreading it all around to everybody. Finally starting to feel better but dang looking in the mirror 10lbs is pretty significant in terms of size.

    It's happened to a friend of my 3 times in the last 3-4 months, keeps throwing him off lol.

    It's just glycogen and water though, should be back in a couple days. Muscle doesn't catabolise that quick.

    Exactly what i was going to say. Mostly water weight. Once you start eating fully again you'll balloon back up once the water enters your body and muscles. How far are you into your cycle?
