    my night at work

    So haven't done this here in awhile maybe a year or two. So decided give some food porn out for u guys. This is what I'm doing now.

    Salt cured copper salmon sashmi. Chilled soba noodles, cashew salad, grapefruit ponzu and chili oil

    That is fancy. I hate fish unless it is battered and deep fried, lol. My meals don't have a nice presentation, I just pile shit on the plate and down it goes.

    It's a wine dinner. These aren't menu items. It's a special dinner people pay a certain price. This one is 140 a person.

    We match wines to food parings. All the same wine maker. So depends how many wines they have....this is 6 courses. But I think they had 7 wines. One for passed aps. It's more then one bite but definitely smaller then a normal entrée.

    Have one in February. ..for 240$ a person.
    Oh yeah and kid rock is eating here tonight lol....not this dinner just normal.

    I had a pound of cooked and drained 99% lean burger with a can of corn mixed in and franks red hot. The presentation was a tupper ware dish that says microwave safe.
