    Kids

    I was in the gym last week and just finished a set of squats.I step by the door too take a break and notice this gal doing squats.She was leaning too far forward.All this took 10 to 15 seconds.She sees me watching and yells out.Are you staring at me? Now feeling like a idiot.I turn and go back in the room.I then go back out to confront her about this.I explained the reason I was watching was Beacuse of her form and that she could injure herself.She quickly explained in a loud voice.That she had a trainer and that she was the manger there.I thought wow another kid who knew everything.I just walked off wondering how such a person could be in charge?

    You should have come up with a smart ass reply like, Yeah I was trying to figure out if you were a girl or a boy since you have no tits and a flat ass but a pretty face like Justin Beeber.

    Stupid little conceded b*tch. And then after you try to explain to her she tries to still put you down? At this point I would say I cant wait to see you with an ice pack on your back.

    A lot of gym managers know absolutely dick about fitness. But anyone who calls themselves trainers should be able to do a simple squat assessment. Probably PMS. U should have told her "I hope you manage better than you squat"

    She was bitchy and rude. I had a guy give me a pointer in the squat rack. He wanted me to keep my chin up and explained why. Very nice man. I thanked him and asked if he saw anything else that needed improvements and he was quick to say no. Very polite and helpful.

    But I'm not bitchy and rude or insecure.
