He got the idea from a movie about 10 years ago a kid did the exact same thing. it's not a new idea but it's very true.

What the? This is racism. The better person should get the job by merit not by colour!!!! In aus companies can get grants from the government for hiring blacks. But our blacks are different to your blacks. Your blacks are like african our blacks are indigenous

Some mining companies have to have a certain percentage of blacks on the books. So even if they don't show up to work they still get paid. Some cases I'm talking like 3 grand a week. Just for being black and you dont even have to show up at work. Because its in there culture just to go "walk about" when they feel like it

I though affirmative action was supposed to end once African Americans were no longer considered a minority. From what I understand it should have ended about 20 years ago.

Wouldn't they rather live in the usa then in west africa? I don't understand the complaints. Life in the usa is better than west africa.

No it changes every few years. if you say black in the wrong area you will be called racist, even African American if they want to be called American or vise versa. You just cant win.
