Working out doesn't help, if anything it makes it worse, I thought it would help. More women are attracted to me, especially older, but none of them would ever think I'm a phucking virgin. If I tried doing something with a woman that would be the most humiliating thing I could experience, you know because first phuck is never good. Honestly, what could possibly be more humiliating than that? Nothing.
What to do? Buy a prostitute? Still humiliating. Go to another country and buy a prostitute maybe?
Those that have gained experience at the right age can't really understand this, but still I would want to know - what would you do?

Go on an online dating site and meet a woman. Most women know from experience that the first few times they have sex with a guy it's usually fairly quick. Not a big deal they've most likely been there before. Don't overthink it you just need to put yourself out there.

Haha if you're being serious this is no problem at all. Working out/living a more healthy lifestyle is helping you and you're not capitalizing on it. It's evident that it's working. Get a nice woman, be confident and even if you aren't experienced just do what you think is right. You'll only get better and better each time and who gives a F*ck if they say you're shitty stop being a little P*ssy and caring about what a bunch of sl*ts who like you for your looks think?

By the time you've railed 3-4 of them you'll get the jist of it and once you find someone you actually give a shit about you'll be ready to go =) Stop letting time go by because you're afraid of something that wouldn't be a problem if you were confident
