Richard Simmons Respect

You know I have always thought he was a bit of a joke but after watching a science program on obese people and they had several parts with Richard Simmons in it showing him talking to obese people and he really does not pull any punches. He doesnt make excuses for them and says MAYBE .01% is genetics but he has never meet anyone who can not loose weight.

I like he was also saying the problem with people is they look at the diet and say if they can loose 5 lbs a week then in 10 weeks they can loose 50 lbs and that's 100% wrong. He says STOP counting weeks, it's a lifetime change... 100% right. Just like we keep telling people it's not a fad, not a summer get in shape deal or a sprint, it's a marathon and a lifestyle.

I have to give him more respect for what he teaches and his work with people like that than I did before.

LOL, it was checked recently and since Ive only been hrt for to long no reason for it to be high either.

I try to give credit/respect where credit/respect is due.

Speaking of, you know they never found anything on Jared's computers or anything to associate him with the other person except for knowing Russell Taylor, the former director of the Jared Foundation. They are just trying to link the big name to the story instead of going after the individual. Not much different than if they went after someone at Kenworth trucking just because the green river murder worked there (Gary Ridgway). BTW, I actually talked to him on at least one occasion because I worked there for a while at the same plant (Kenworth) and wanted to see about getting into painting the cabs.

It's funny (not haha) how when something like the Subway issue with Jared or anyone in the news is accused or even mentioned in such a crime most everyone is quick to decide they are guilty without knowing any of the facts. I have seen many post where people are commenting on what should happen to Jared or boycotting Subway. People are such hypocrites. What ever happened to innocent until proven guilty? Typical lynch mob mentality.
