Heading down there on vacation soon. The place we normally stay has a gym that has always met my bodybuilding needs for the short term but I've temporarily swapped over to powerlifting as a favor to an old timer friend of mine. The little fitness place @ the resort won't come close to meeting my current powerlifting needs. Anyone know of a place down there where I can pay by the visit or for a week so i can get my scheduled lifts in? Thanks guys!

Just got back yesterday from Gukf Shores. I took it as a rest week, did cardio in the sand and that was about it. Haven't had a week off in forever so I took advantage of it.

Have fun man, watch out for Jellyfish. They were thick on Friday. Pier 33 says a sting ease solution that works great. Also, sea turtles are about to hatch out at Crystal Shores resort. We left too early but you may catch them.
