Phil Heath's instagram is GONEZO right now...All the the comments i saw about him on his pics after what happened with Kai are horrendous towards him lol...Don't even really blame him...I don't think he'll win either way..But still

I've yet to see a pic but heard he looks awful(compared to the first 1-2yrs he won) Dave do you have the newest pic of Phil?

yes there are some new pics of phil and he looks much better than what's floating around the internet but i saw them in a recent video and was on his instagram so i can't post a pic
