Burned out tired and need a spark

As stated above I have a new work schedule that gives me more free time than ever. And I had a game plan of hitting a few goals I have placed on my self.
I started out great then just seamed to have lost my drive for the gym.
I have been lazy in my meal preps .
Just feeling a bit displaced and out of sorts.

Any one been here lately . I Need a kick in the ass.

Ill tell you what man I have been there. Are you on cycle? If not as right or wrong as it may be viewed there is little that gets me as motivated or stoked and recommitted is a good cycle plan. Just setting it up and getting the things I need get me right in the mindset. I begin to cut as sort of a nutritional prime, I start working out diligently, all this just when I enter the planning stage. Then of course once I am on it is on big time.
Its easy to say oh you need to just bear down and force yourself, and of course you do and you can but I am just shooting it too you straight doing what I said really gets me right back on track big time.

What's up nooner, how you been man?

I agree with jimmy.. Only way to get motivated is to start doing it. It may suck ass the first few days and first few training sessions but once you get your body in motion and force the routine, you'll start to feel the benefits shortly thereafter and you'll only improve from there.

Now stop fvcking around and get your ass back in there. You're not getting any younger my friend, none of us are. Make the most of now.

It's only after you've lost everything, that you're free to do anything.

Nothing is static, everything is evolving, everything is falling apart.

If you do not choose to evolve as well, you're as good as done. Extinct.

A part of the past, a memory, something that may have mattered, we can't be sure, but whatever it was doesn't matter anymore.

Only you can choose to remain relevant. A part of now.

It is easy to drift into obscurity.

But nothing in this life that is worth having, comes easy.

We take the heavy and hard road here.

And there's always room to join the crew.

    You in?!

I'm just cruising my maintenance dose right now. I do have a cycle planned for November. And I have been looking forward too it I'm cut down about as good as it gets for me right now. My avi is a few weeks old. That's a comfortable level for me to maintain.

Thanks for the advise it's all a bit odd the gym is my church it's where I go to loosen the screws that life tightens daily. I have just been so lazy about it lately and I'm not tired I have energy. There are a few stresses that arise from time to time that crush me when they arise. It always takes me awhile to shake it.

Yup last bloods were a month ago all good there. That was my first thought
Thinking that I was out of wack on my estrogen but it's good
Rbc was a bit high but still inside the normal range

I'll give double red donation next week to lower them a point or so

noon, have you thought about signing up for some type of competition or something to that nature?

maybe that will provide the focus/spark you need.

or keep looking at that pic kelkel posted!

Motivation comes from within so only you can push your self. I was feeling slack about my legs but I have recently added v squats and my legs are responding like a rat up a drain pipe. Try doing something different.
