pre workout supps
What do you take, if any?

Beta alanine(straight powder 1.6g/per serving) easier to mix and match imo
Bronkaid in states = ephedrine(25mgs per capsule) or liq albuterol... Gets me in that zone easier...
Regular Pre-w/o's that are good are - Neon Volt Pre/Mr Hyde/Assault by MP...

I don't use a pre, post only. I eat 2 - 2.5 hours before my workout

ACG3 along with NX6 the best out there I think hands down.

I remember about 7-8 years ago I took a pre workout supp for a few days (I don't remember the brand or what was in it) and one time after a workout, I had to piss every 5 minutes, and they were full bladder pisses. That lasted for like 45 minutes. My bladder was so sore afterwards. I have never taken a pre workout supplement since, although I regularly drink coffee or something with caffeine in it.

I take it right b4 I leave to go to the gym(10min ride) and just stretching I'm drenched - NOexplode you may like I like the pump w/that one and Neon Pre
If you don't do well with strong pre-w/o's try putting like 3 instant coffees in your shk - I've built up a pretty good tolerance, unfortunately... Just try to get by with what works(I don't use ephedrine/Albut nearly all the time but it's a great tool for intensity imho, when you use it... Maybe on days your more sluggish - many just use coffee - lots of it

I strongly suggest ketofin so your tolerance doesn't build, especially if your going to use it beyond 2wks... It's dosed at 6mgs/ml 30ml... I'll take it with my beta alanine.... Sit for 5-10min then a 10min drive and I'm sweating by the time I get there(which is nice for my shoulder)

i have a 3 sum before workout it solves 2 purpose i get my pre workout suppliant and I dont have to do cardio during workout. for post workout i just let them suck me off......wait what was the question?

I just started taking that jym army pre workout. It's not bad but this is only because I lost some motivation a little while back. Some one on the forum suggested using a pre to get going again. Before this small motivation issue I just had coffee.

7,5 dl beetrootjuice. The most healthy and best preworkout ever. It almost comes close to my old drug favourite, aspirin-caffein and effedrin mix.
We have the best cross country skiers in the world and even they drink beetroot nowadays for superior stamina and endurance. In the gym the pump is awesome.

I've tried C4, Hemo rage, Swollen but I got some Shatter sx7 yesterday. I'll be sticking with SX7 from now on. It taste so good, Easy to mix and had a way more intense workout. Or it could just be my gear kicking in lol

I use Nutrabolics Supernova. In the past I've tried many pre workouts. C4, MP Assault, Super Freak, etc. The only one that I've loved and stuck with is Nutrabolics Swollen (predecessor to supernova) and now their new product, supernova, keeps me going 100% set after set. I also use MTS Vasky mixed in the pre for really full pumps. It's great!

Hey Hogg lemme know how this new formula works as well... If you can get by with as little as possible that's good! You don't want to be tolerant to it(which I got w/anything pre w/o I could find... I'm only taking the mr Hyde ATM - I was throwing in more beta alanine etc etc - did exactly what Haz said(except make me sick) - made my appetite disappear, tho
If your sensitive to stims - you won't need much 1scoop...
