Well since my last post I've made some progress I haven't been on my eating schedule in awhile but I'm up to 141 now from 135 slowing making good muscle gains I'm unnaturally lean looking but it's going great arms are 14s as of tonight so grew half an inch chest grew an inch up to 37 from 36 shoulders are looking good lats get bigger every week honestly thought my genetics sucks and they don't I'm just a hard gainer but when I do gain it shows thankfully the workers at my gym were like idk how but you look bigger every two weeks idk what you're taken but you look bigger I was like thanks man<3 just an update on me legs are shredded af but idk if they've gotten bigger haven't been keeping track.

Well training is one day I'll go heavy one light I'll switch up my workouts from time to time stats are 5"11 I think or 6"0 calves 14' arms are now 14' chest 37' quads 21' forearms 12' neck 14' also I normally do like 10-12 reps on everything upper body 10-15 on leg extensions and things near that leg press is 25-30 reps with 3 plates on each side stopped going heavy because I used to do 6 plates each side but I started getting really bad knee pain in my right knee so I'm hesitant to do it again bench idk I don't max anymore going for control and form now I did ego lift a little on t bar rows and did four plates surprisingly I curl 50s bench is usually 135-155 8-12 reps I can give more stats if you want on other things
