Feeling big then feeling small
Does anyone else get this?
Some days i feel really big, happy and pumped etc
Some days i dont feel so big and feel small :/ lol
Despite reassurance from friends and family that im still the same and look big, i get the mental side effect of feeling skinny lol (i tell myself im not of course and before i know it im feeling massive again)
Can anyone relate?

I can indeed! Specially between "in gym pumped" and "at home", the differences are significant!
But I do not agree with the reassurance from others, I KNOW I'm smaller at some points/ days even if they say I look the same. We analyze out bodies constantly while
others don't rly care that much I guess.
But there are a hundred reasons why we stay a little smaller sometimes. But it hurts the motivation like f*ck!

I feel this way all the time bro. Some days I feel like I look like a beast and other days I feel like I look like a fat ass. Sometime I can feel different ways in the same exact day just a couple of minutes away from each other. I honestly feel like it has to do with hormone levels and the strive to be better.

Yep all the time! Really puts. Me in a bad mood as well.
Today I feel skinny and my entire day will be less intense and everything I do will be kinda sluggish. And it's all because I feel skinny.
When I get up and feel big! Damn no one can stop me! Haha

From what I can tell we get this shit from the juice itself - or?
I used to get like this more often, but now being over 210 it's just plain stupid. 210 pounds is big as fvck - shit, specially since I started at 175

I think every male who is a regular gym-goer "suffers" from some sort of bigorexia. For some, it's more extreme than others.

It can also happen throughout the day... Feeling flat or full... Depending on carb intake(at least for me) when I eat sweet potatoes instead of brown rice/jasmine rice, I'm much fuller looking... It's normal to an extent... It sucks being flat no other way to put it...

My best way to get over this very quick, is just looking around me. Shit, on my worst day I am still easily in the top 5% of best physical shape of the male population - it's just a fact

Don't we ALL! Lol
It's funny tho b/c once you look around it's like wtf am I thinking lol... But it's in our nature to be BETTER than we already are... We love putting in the work, We love torturing our bodies, it's that simple - I mean shit it surely and obviously rewards you back!!!!

I know exactly what your going through!
I spent a few months this last year trying to clean bulk and got up to 256lbs.
Decided awhile back to start leaning and I'm down to 228 and holy crap when I look in the mirror I see a shriveled up little guy.
In the morning I'm extremely tiny
After I work out I get closer to normal size in my mind.

I have this problem as well... Some days I think "man, I should consider competing someday". And other days Im saying "man, it doesnt even look like I lift". I just measured my calves and they are a 1/4" smaller than the last time I measured them and it just wrecked my day and ruined my mood. I think its normal for them to fluctuate in size but still...

Oh yeah, especially since I have been off for awhile due to an injury. I feel like my right arm has completely atrophied. Nobody else sees a difference lol

Don't weigh yourself, don't evaluate yourself, don't even look at yourself on off days. If you feel unhappy with what you are eating, stay away from the mirrors.
Build your mind along with your body. Consider this, you train 4 days a week and you rest the other 3. That's all the time there is: did you use every day to better yourself, either through training or recovery? If so, then no need to evaluate...you are better than the week before.
