Getting in a rest day today.. Been fighting a cold so I got more sleep then normal. We will see how today goes. Going to need some caffein to get awake though

So, my delt w/o was effective - for sure... Can't lift my damn arms up lol(hammered my medial/& rear delts) it surely shocked the hell outta my delts - we'll see how it goes! A very good sore tho today!

So you dont worry about sodium too much? How much of an effect does it really have on your physique? I dont add salt to anything... and I dont get any sodium from anything in my diet because I am worried it will negatively impact my physique.
I put sea salt on the majority of my meals. As well as try to get 2 gallons of water in a day, everyday.

Managed 5 reps of 125kg (275lbs)!
Ive only ever managed 4 reps of 115kg
Really pleased, anadrol is a beast, pumps are amazing! Only been on it 3 days

Haha - it's surely work in itself lol but getting a lil easier... The rewards are there if you aren't too worried about recomping... It's doable but to get bigger one must eat huge amounts of clean food

Great pump and im trying anything and everything at the moment due to the pain im having(hence me dropping my other compounds) and focusing on my form and slowing my tempo down!

yeah I did a quick chest workout just to burn some calories. I still am fighting this sinus infection but I am 50 percent better then yesterday. Tomorrow is a rest day so by Tuesday hopefully I will be hitting on all cylinders again!!Quote:
