I would love to have a staff/vet discussion on the topic Proviron . Does it act like a ligth AI?.Does it block SHBG? Will it boost the effect of other aas? Can it be run 12 weeks with other orals? Sides?
Plenty of online info but real life experiences are missing.

Hmm. Im kinda leaning to the natural/trt only training. No cycles no blasts..just a good trt dose or natural test production based bodybuilding with hard training and a knowledge of diet and training to still make gains. I know if that makes any sense or not here. But i for one and i believe im not the only one are done hardcore cycling at in the "near" future..
Id like to hear some similar guys in my situation.

How about "earth gym " stuff lol. Seriously. I use to train using 80-100 lbs of sand in a pillow case dropped in my MOLLE pack and rucked up horse trail. Stopped and did pull ups on bridges in the woods and push-ups on logs etc. one leg air squats on steps and stair sprints, squats holding logs etc. ya know. That sorta stuff.

Well what any normal person would do is start a thread about it, which you did so go to the thread and start bumping it for members to respond to you. The only problem you have members think your a clown and very soon no one is going to respond to anything you say, so sort yourself because no one understands a word you say anyway and if you want to discuss proviron go to your thread.

To the topic - I would say the time has come when good minds and souls unite toward sake of building new grounds of knowledge that has been gathered for decades, proven to work precisely and used by today as a golden rule.
Its been a while since good books regards AAS had been published, and alot had changed in the BB world since, new protocols, new ways of stacking and so on, its about time that this be laid out in formal book format again with date on it "2017", hence I think not a 1 person should be interviewed, but majority of knowledgeable gurus on the subject.
I too feel a great debate will start among the guru's if that ^ will take place, and will eventually polish out all wrinkles and deviation marks regarding all the compounds, stacking and current possible viable worth effort protocols.

I know this board is more on the conservative side but I think it would be cool to have vets talk about the craziest cycles they have taken. "craziest" can range from just outright crazy dosages or crazy gains. Would love to hear the compounds used, results seen and what you would have changed about the cycle if you could go back and do it again.
I like the idea of training threads as well. I have seen a lot about HIT training and a few different methods but I feel like thats definitely an area which could use some attention. After all, without steroids you can be a body builder, but you can't be one without training.

HIT HIIT....hey if it's not broke. Don't fix it lol. There are some workouts/ moves etc that are just good and shouldn't be left out. Rather increase the intensity to break through platous.(I.e HIT HIIT). This is all based on me thinking that what you guys mean by HIT has to do with super sets, drop sets, triple super sets etc...I know HIIT is high intensity interval training but I've been to lazy to look up the definition of "HIT" lol.
PS: I love just love " hitting the random button" some says. Maybe after a month routine etc. just to get creative and make things interesting. It also keeps my body guessing..again to up the intensityLast edited by Marsoc; 08-31-2016 at 01:51 PM.

High Intensity Training (HIT) is no1 - not for the faint hearted but in my opinion its the best form of training for size and mass there is. Not everyone is the same and responds to it but not everyone knows how to properly execute it and most cant do it for any length of time anyway. Its hard, its tough and its extremely hardwork.
