    Dorian Yates, "blasting from now on"

    He is reading a journal entry of his from 1984 and says, "I am blasting from now on." Is he saying what I think he is saying? Its around the 30-40 second mark...

    He relates it to training mate as an expressing blasting from now on because must of had a bad workout.

    Watch the full documentary its very enlightening and I can relate to him on so many levels

    No it's not what you think it's him having a word to himself saying 'blasting' is going full bore from here on out!!! He had a shitty w/o session has nothing to do with AAS!
