    Halo Top Ice Cream

Just discovered this ice cream - what a treat - entire pint only 300-400 calories depending on flavour. $7 for the pint in Canada though.

Makes for a pretty good cheat meal.

It’s very tasty but damn, $7. It’s only about $4 here

A medium frosty from Wendy's has just under 400 calories and only cost about a $1.50

And now the junior frosty is only $.50, and its 150 calories. Perfect to satisfy a craving

Canada gets shafted on food prices. $11-15 per steak depending on cut, $4-5/lb on chicken, pretty much the only cheap food is carbs - rice, oats, etc. $50.00 / week just on chicken alone.

Tried Halo Top a few times, seems it’s only at Metro stores for now. The mint chip I loved however the cookie dough tasted like chemicals... I think perhaps due to the sugar alcohols? I am not too sure.
