Yoga
Anyone? I have been hearing/reading good things about it.
Experiences appreciated.

Yoga is amazing, I used to have a negative perspective on it thinking how can this be called exercise.
Tried it a few times with a friend and she put me through some intense sessions. You are constantly flexing and holding your core tight in a lot of the movements, I was drenched in sweat afterwards it actually kicked my ass.

Not my cup.of tea, but I gave it a few good tries. I took a semester PE course in college and later did a few individual classes with friends plus prenatal and postpartum courses. Not a great wo in my experience - and in fact quite a few dangerous poses. On the pro side: good for balance and isometric strength training, and can be fun and social

Been wanting to try it myself. Chiropractor told me, I’d probably never need to visit him again if I took up yoga. That might be a bit of an overstatement but I do believe yoga can be beneficial.

I tried HOT YOGA once.......I hated it........sitting in a 105 degree room, NO THANK YOU!!!
