    Do you wear your seatbelt?

I dont know the laws everywhere but im sure most of america has a seatbelt law. I used to be anal about my seatbelt, but as i got older i really almost never wear it. I probably should for my own safety, but if i want to hurl myself through my windshield, thats my choice. Seatbelt laws are just a disguise for the government to pretend they care about your safety, but its really just another way to reach into your pockets with tickets. I cant hurt anyone by not wearing my seatbelt! Libertarianism!

    Exactly.

I have a quadrapelegic (sp??) Friend, seat belt would have saved his mobility.

I've been in quit a few myself, had on seat belt, were if I didn't I'd be dead.

I bent the frame of a 78 coupe DeVille all the way to the fire wall. If I had not been strapped , I'd have died.

Plus, who wants a $75 ticket

Not me, I've survived two wrecks that would have killed me if I had my seatbelt on. One was a f350, I was riding with a friend that fell asleep, he ran off road and hit a culvert and flipped over frontwards. The roof hit my seat about chest high and push my seat to the back seat, my head rest buried in the dirt. It would have cut me in half and crushed my head. The other time was a mustang that rolled multiple times. No thanks on the seatbelts!

Friend of mine works life flight helicopter, he says it about 50/50, but usually its hitting head where the seatbelts save the most. I'd rather take my chances

I didnt used to. But when I was young, I drove as fast as I could everywhere I went. I needed it to keep me in my seat. I do not drive that way anymore, but now I am in the habit of wearing it, and feels weird not having it on

    I've had 3 (78 coupe, 79 sedan and 79 coupe,)

Still have the 79 coupe, it was a recent purchase.

The 78 I smashed , I got knocked unconscious, came to, and there's a street light smashed into my windshield, and a pole were the air cleaner was. I sat there with a cracked in half still lit Marlboro, and when I realized what happened. I started crying it had 48,000 original miles all baby blue and baby blue interior.

Did you hold the Marlboro together and finish smoking it?

    I like taking chances anyway.

    Little shit irritates me.
    Auto door locks
    Seat belts
    Fucking dinging alert pos
Center consoles (I cant reach in them)

I walk to the passenger side to put my shit in the passenger seat so I can access it. I cuss the door being locked. Walk around unlock the mofo, go back in house make sure I forgot nothing, get in car and put on music cranked up so I dont gotta listen to the seatbelt warning chime. Reach for redbull or ephedrine to find it has fallen in the floor. Cuss and swerve digging for it. Phone falls in floor, cuss more, finally got my shit together. Get online. Cuss other drivers, "Wtf are you motherfuckers doing at 10 a.m. on Tuesday!? Get a job!"

I hate it when mofos interrupt my online surfing while driving.

I repeat this process many times a day

The auto lock doors really piss me off more than the seatbelt chime.

My buddy goes to the junkyard and grabs seatbelt buckles for whatever hes driving. Just the metal part so he clicks it in and thats it, no chime. He has a company with alot of trucks hes in and out of so i see why he hasnt messed with the “dic”.

He actually got into a pretty nasty wreck that wasnt his fault. He tried to get compensation but the paramedics put in the police report that he had a junkyard buckle in the seatbelt. So that kind of hurt his case lol

I wear mine. Got tired of paying the $25 tickets. Have been fined numerous times and eventually it sunk in.
LOL, back when I had a pacemaker, I had a note from my cardiologist saying I couldn't wear a seatbelt for 2 weeks after it was implanted. Went out out of my way to get noticed by PD/HP......none of them even looked my way.
Now I swear the HP wear NVDs. They get people at nighttime even with tinted windows.
There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

I used to get pulled over all the time, then I discovered it I prop my arm on the door and act like I'm scratching my head, they cant tell. Every time I see a cop I do that, and it's worked now for a CV couple years...lol

Four million retards riding motorcycles but I need a seatbelt. Its the law.

Tell you what lets do a test.
I willget in my f-350 and head on a boss hoss. If I die then seatbelts will be required. If the biker dies I dont gotta wear a seatbelt any more.
